Have you already scheduled time off from your pastoral duties, including taking leave and retreats, to rest and recharge? That is, they are already in your diary?

Do you take regular breaks during the week to recharge and prevent burnout, including taking a full day off from texts, emails, and any other congregation access?

Do you regularly check in on family/friends/team on whether they are getting rest?
