The Centre for Effective Serving is opening 2027 bookings for four programs:

• Pastoral Supervision — ongoing 1:1 supervision for pastors and ministry leaders, drawing on evidence-based supervision models and our own research into clergy wellbeing.
• Mental Health First Aid training — a nationally recognised course equipping church leaders and volunteers to recognise and respond to mental health concerns in their congregation.
• Trauma Informed Pastoral Care — a workshop for staff and volunteer teams on responding to trauma disclosure and building a trauma-informed church culture.
• Speaking engagements — for a church/organisation event or a conference.
