Welcome
I’m really glad we met at the Common Table gathering. If you’ve found your way here, our conversation was likely brief — this page is simply a quiet way to continue it.
A little about my work
Most of my work is with ministry leaders.
People who care deeply and carry a great deal, often without much space to process what that costs them over time.
Many have strong theological training but little support in understanding the emotional weight of leadership — how stress accumulates, how conflict lingers, or how burnout appears long before it’s named.
I often meet capable, faithful leaders who aren’t failing — they’re just tired, isolated, or holding more than one person should alone.
What matters to me
I care about leaders serving well and remaining well.
Not just surviving ministry or pushing through at all costs, but staying human in the work.
That means drawing on psychological research, trauma-informed practice, and a deep understanding of ministry culture — not to medicalise leadership, but to make it sustainable.
Staying connected
I share occasional reflections and research-informed insights through the newsletter below.
